Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bucknco.com.au Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are wanting a refund instead of a return, you can also send this request through to the same email.

If your return is accepted, you'll be notified by email. 

BUCK'N CO will not cover shipping for the item to be posted back for returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-a returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have had the tag or stickers removed, gift cards or earrings and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)  


Sale Items 
Any items that are purchased on sale are unfortunately not eligible for returns/refunds.

Sale items refer to all items purchased at a discounted rate. These items may be returned for store credit only.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
